The paper from Tongyu Dai is “Learning-Based Congestion Control for Internet Video Communication Over Wireless Networks”, which is one of the first paper about real-time video streaming using machine learning method.
The paper from Zhiming Xu is “Probabilistic Viewport Adaptive Streaming for 360-Degree Video”, which proposed a probabilistic prediction method to counter random head movement.
